Funds at CFS

Annual Fund


The CFS Annual Fund provides essential unrestricted dollars for the operating budget that enhance the educational experience at Cambridge Friends School. Gifts to the Annual Fund directly support the mission of CFS by enhancing the socioeconomic diversity of our studeny body, professional development of our faculty, and the academic and social justice curriculum that makes Cambridge Friends a unique and dynamic place to learn. Click here to donate to the Annual Fund!

 

Designated Funds

 

Cambridge Friends School also accepts restricted gifts to the following funds: 

  • The Tina and John Hammock Latinx Scholarship Fund – This fund supports scholarships for Latinx students, with a goal of making a Cambridge Friends School education more accessible to members of the Latinx community. 
  • The Mary and Walter Johnson Tuition Assistance Fund – Named for former Head of School Mary Johnson, this fund supports financial aid at Cambridge Friends School. On average, CFS provides 40-45% of families with financial aid; which is higher than most of our peer schools. This fund directly supports the accessibility of a CFS education for families from different socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • The Thomas Kennedy Memorial Fund – This fund benefits the Cambridge Friends School library. Gifts to this fund support library equipment and the CFS library collection. 
  • Professional Development Fund – This fund provides specialized training, formal education, and/or advanced professional learning opportunities for CFS teachers, faculty, and other educators.
