Ways to Give

If you are ready to support CFS, we’re here to help! We accept donation online, via check, as stock, bequests and planned giving, as well as IRA distributions. Don’t forget that many employers will match your donation! And we’re happy to take donations of time and skills as well. Our fiscal year is July 1 through June 30.

Matching Gifts

Many employers will match an employee’s contribution to CFS through their Matching Gift Program. Contact your Human Resources office to see if your employer matches your charitable contributions. 

Stock

CFS welcomes gifts of stock. Instruct your broker about the amount of the gift, type of stock, and number of shares. Ask your broker to contact the Office of Institutional Advancement at 617.354.3880 for information about how to transfer stock to CFS. 

Bequests & Planned Giving

Giving a living gift to Cambridge Friends School is a powerful way to impart your legacy for future generations. Donors who make arrangements for Cambridge Friends School in their final plans are inducted into the 1961 Friends Society and are recognized for their generosity through a yearly event. 

IRA Required Minimum Distributions

If you are 70.5 years of age, a gift from your IRA made directly to CFS will qualify towards your annual IRA required minimum distribution. Contact us and we’ll help you through the process!
