Angelo Valle

Angelo became Director of Athletics in 2023 after having joined CFS in 2015 as a substitute teacher and teaching Physical Education to grades PK-8. An alumnus of Friends School of Baltimore, Angelo earned a BA in the Biological Basis of Behavior at the University of Pennsylvania before starting teaching and coaching at Friends’ Central School in Wynnewood, PA. He taught middle school science and coached soccer, wrestling, and lacrosse before serving as the Middle School Technology Coordinator in the last few of his 15 years at FCS. Angelo moved to Massachusetts via New Jersey, where he enjoyed a brief return to teaching middle school science at Princeton Day School. Angelo feels blessed to have found new homes and feel valued in each of the unique Quaker schools to which he has been able to contribute. Angelo resides in Arlington with his wife and two children and he loves traveling, birding, and supporting his favorite sports teams, of which two are named after birds.
