Aiyana Croft

Ayiana is the first and second grade teacher at CFS, and she joined the CFS community in 2025. She is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Ayiana is a Quaker who was raised in the Baltimore Yearly Meeting Quaker Community, and spent three summers working at Quaker camps.

Ayiana loves that teaching in a Quaker school lets her give students lots of opportunities to discover what makes their inner light shine – and to give them opportunities for their light to shine daily! She comes from a family of educators and has always been drawn to teaching, particularly the joy of introducing children to the magic of reading through phonics. In her free time, Ayiana enjoys going for walks in nature and spending time with her family.
