Zola Simone, CFS Alumni ’17, wins Song of the Year at Boston Music Awards

After releasing her first single, “Real to You” at thirteen years old, Zola Simone, CFS Alumni ’17, has released twelve singles, two EPs, and one album titled Now You See Me, which has since surpassed two million streams. “Easy,” which was originally released as a single before finding its home on her 2021 album, not only won Song of the Year at the 2021 Boston Music Awards, but was featured in the series finale of the Netflix original series, Atypical.
