Summer Program – Week 5

Endangered Animals & Conservation

August 10 to August 14, 2020

 

According to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), there are over 30,000 endangered species. This week students will choose an animal of focus and learn about their tribulations. Then we will put our learning into action and check out some ways people can help!

Ages 10 to 12

  • Pick an animal – share out 
  • Local species 
  • Learn about World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and other organizations

Ages 12 to 14

  • Students will take a deeper dive on their choice of an animal or organization
