Elizabeth Peet

Liz is a Third/Fourth Grade teacher at Cambridge Friends. She was inspired to become a teacher because of the great experiences she had with the many wonderful teachers who taught her at the independent school she attended growing up. At CFS, Liz loves the freedom to create lessons that are fun and engaging, that reach every student and allow each student to feel successful. 

Liz has been teaching for 15 years, and joined CFS in 2025. She received a B.A. from Colby College and a Masters in Education from Lesley University.

She loves to read, do arts and crafts, ski, and play with her dog! She loves Greek mythology and her favorite book is The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster.
