GOVERNANCE
Cambridge Friends School is under the care of Friends Meeting at Cambridge and is governed by a 22-member Board of Trustees. The board establishes policies and and focuses on governance in a manner that is consistent with the mission of the school.

Board members are selected by a nominating committee and approved by the Corporation at the annual meeting, which is held on the second Thursday of April. The by-laws require that a majority of the board be members of the Religious Society of Friends. The daily operation of the school is the responsibility of the professional educators under the leadership of the head of school.
